Week 23 People I Know

If I had to choose 5 people/bands that influenced my life, I would say no because honestly only 2 groups and one person specifically really influenced me. I would have to say- Stephen, The Amity Affliction (Band), and The Seyton Fam ft. Brods.

Stephen: Probably the biggest person who basically took his life and hit me in the face with it. He has influenced my life and kind of helped me find what I actually like doing. He introduced me to photography and editing. I don't think I would be so into it without him. That is one of my top hobbies now, thanks to him. He has shown me a passion for nature and exploring/ adventures. I constantly want an adventure. I want to travel the world. I want to go out in the woods and just listen to nature. I see things from a different perspective. Even just the simple leaf has so many characteristics than being a leaf. He has shown me some of my favorite songs. One is Take a Walk - Passion Pit. He watched Lord of the Rings with me which inspired me to do my Lord of the Rings stained glass window. Its the scene where Gandolf says "YOU SHALL NOT PASS". He got me into Anime. I have watched around 5 anime movies and completed around 5 anime series all within 2-3 months. I would say he is a positive influence on me but my parents on the other hand don't want me anywhere near him for their reasons. That upsets me more than anything because he has introduced and molded me into the person that I am today.

The Amity Affliction: There are other bands that have influenced like Slipknot, System of a down, Korn, Linkin Park, and quite a bit others but this is a band in particular is one that I really like in a different way. They were introduced to me November of 2014. I love their lyrics. They are what people call "Screamo". I like them because it isn't straight up screaming the whole time. They have parts where they sing normally. My favorite songs by them are Farewell, I Heart H.C, Flowerbomb. This band was the first band to help me go from Angry to calm in one song. Helped me go through a break up and times where I had no one.

The Seyton Fam Ft. Brods: So this is my fam bam jam. This is Anna (Meg), Kacy(Queef), Hannah (Tina), Nico (Carl), Me(Cupcake), Dylan (Richard) and Brods. This group of people have been there for me for a while, basically when highschool started for me. I know I can trust them with pretty much anything. HORSE. I can tell them anything I want and be myself around them. They understand me more than anyone really. No one understands me :( So many good memories with them ;DD
